Through disruptive operation experiments and field tests under various geological conditions, multiple mechanical flaws have been refined and resolved, overcoming three critical technical challenges ("high failure rates, excessive air consumption, and elevated operational costs") of split-type pneumatic drilling rigs. This resulted in an easily operable split-type pneumatic drilling rig characterized by "two lows and one high": low maintenance costs, low air-pressure requirements, and high drilling efficiency.
Rotation Reducer:Optimized internal structure for simplified maintenance. Enhanced shock absorbers for reduced drilling impact reaction forces. Gear-type rotary motor with rapid speed, high starting torque, quick start/stop response, and overload protection. Minimal temperature rise during prolonged operation.
