SRUS1S scaling rig is professional special equipment built for mechanized scaling work in small and medium-sized drifts and tunnels. It rapidly and efficiently clears unstable rocks from tunnel roofs and side walls, safeguarding the safety of both operators and construction machinery.
Equipped with a purpose-built breaking hammer for scaling operations, it delivers an impact frequency ranging from 600 to 1100 bpm with an impact energy of 362J. Its maximum impact frequency reaches 1100 bpm, enabling efficient removal of loose unstable rock while minimizing damage to the original tunnel roof structure.
The SRUS1 boom adopts a compact structure featuring concentrated force and outstanding stability. Two helical swing cylinders mounted near the breaking hammer support 360° pitching and swinging movement with no blind working angles.
For dust control, the machine applies water filtration for exhaust gas purification to optimize underground working conditions. A matched water pump is included to suppress dust generated during scaling.
